Cancellation
When you sign up for Meditopia Premium, you can cancel your subscription free of charge during the free trial period. If you don't want to continue with Premium, just make sure you cancel your subscription within this period. If you cancel a free Premium trial, you will not proceed to the Premium package payment step, and even if you cancel, you will remain a Premium member until the scheduled end of the free trial period.
Cancelling your Premium subscription will stop the auto-renewal process that normally happens when your Premium Membership period ends. However, your Premium Membership will continue until the end of the active period.

Google Play Store: You can cancel your Membership by following the steps below, or you can send us an email, as Google Play allows us to cancel on behalf of our Members. In addition, you can always send your feedback and ideas to hello@meditopia.com 1. Go to Google Play Store. 2. Click on the Menu tab on the upper left corner. 3. Click on “My Account” in the menu that opens up. 4. You can cancel your Membership by clicking on “My Subscriptions”. (In some Google Play accounts the “My Subscriptions” can be located outside of “My Account”.) 5. For website subscriptions, cancellation is done via the Member Happiness team. Send an email to hello@meditopia.com, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.
No fee is charged for Free Memberships. You can use your Free Membership for as long as you wish. If you decide to stop using it, you simply have to delete the app from your phone.
