For a refund, you must apply to the Apple Store directly, and they will only provide refunds according to their own policies. This is valid for all mobile applications, not just Meditopia. Google Play typically only provides refunds within two days after an app has been purchased. However, if more than two days have passed since your purchase, we can help you get a refund. To do so, we need the Google Play receipt that was sent to your email address when you made your purchase. Please send this receipt to hello@meditopia.com. We can refund your payment based on the following criteria: - Yearly Premium Membership: Refunds are only possible within 30 days of payment. If more than 30 days have passed since your payment, we can't provide you a refund. - 6-Month Premium Membership: Refunds are only possible within 7 days after payment. If more than 7 days have passed since your payment, we can't provide you a refund. - 3-Month Premium Membership: There are no refunds. - Monthly Premium Membership: There are no refunds.
