First, check if your Meditopia app is up to date. If this is not the problem, the Premium content will be unlocked when you simply log out from your account and then log back in. If this doesn't help either, please follow the instructions below: - If you made your purchase via Apple Store or Google Play Store, please make sure that the Apple Store or Google Play Store application on your phone is open, and that you are signed in using the account you used to purchase your Premium subscription. Once you've completed this step, you'll need to click on the "Restore My Purchases" button on the payment page that allows you to activate your Premium account. To reset your password, click on the question mark on the log in page or follow this link: https://meditopia.com/en/forgot You can change your registered email and password in the “Edit my profile” section on the "Settings" page. You can access your Membership via any device, but make sure that your Meditopia Profile is completed in full. Once your Profile is ready, you can log in from any device. You can find more details below:
1- If you are a Free Member, you can log in easily from any device using your account details to access your Profile.
2- If you are a Premium Member;
Changing from IOS to Android: Since your new phone doesn't have Apple Store, you'll have to cancel your existing subscription in the Apple Store. If you don't have your old phone with you, you'll have to visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
Changing from Android to IOS: Since your new phone doesn't have Google Play Store, you'll have to cancel your existing subscription in the Google Play Store. If you don't have your old phone with you, you'll have to visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481 or you can contact our Member Happiness team to cancel on your behalf by sending an email to email@example.com
When you're sure you've cancelled your old subscription, you can re-register for Premium Membership on your new phone or from our website. Until then, in order to continue accessing your Premium membership, please contact the Member Happiness team through firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assign your Premium membership to your new device.
Head to your "Profile" page, then click the top right button to access your "Settings". Click on "Change Language" and choose your preferred language.
1- If you're a Free Member: You can share the app with your loved ones by clicking on the "Get 2 weeks free" button on the home page. After choosing the platform to share the app, your friend will receive a gift code and should enter this code in the "Use Promotion code" section on the "Settings" page. This allows both you and your friend to receive 2 weeks of free Premium Membership. You can share the app with 3 people at most, thereby receiving a total of 6 weeks of free Premium Membership.
2- If you are a Premium Member: On the homepage, you will see a blue button labelled "Gift 30-Day Premium Access to your loved ones for free". This will allow you to send a friend a 30-day free trial. In order for your friend to use the 30-day free trial, they must download Meditopia for the first time using the sent link.
"If you have a promo code that allows you to try the Meditopia for free, you can enter it in two ways: 1. If you’re signing up for the App for the first time, fill in the “I have a promotion code” section on the registration page. 2. If you’re already registered, then go to your profile page and click on the Settings button in the upper right corner. You can fill in the "Redeem a code" section in the window that opens.
If you're suspicious about a transaction that you didn't make, you'll have to follow the steps below based on your subscription:
- Google Play Store
You'll have to apply directly to Google via https://pay.google.com/payments/unauthorizedtransactions with your credit card receipt. The form includes detailed instructions.
You'll have to contact the Apple Store directly via https://getsupport.apple.com/ and provide them with all the details.
